A new consitution in order to form the "4th Inostropian Republic". That was the death blow of the Inostropian Federation and kingdom. The republican consitution was approved by the Inostropian senate. Yes, it was not getting in force yet but that was the moment when it was fixed that it will in the near future. It was clear that the time of the Federation and Kingdom came to an end.
