For the Deposition Testimony shown in the Virginia Court the lawyers from both sides agreed which segments would be played therefore it is not the full deposition but an edited version for the jury.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have the page detailing who was present for the parties therefore are unable to totally confirm that Amber Heard was watching. However as she had been present for the all depositions to date, THE JDC has made the assumption that Ms Heard was again observing.
