Woflie slips his 4441 troops past the French at Quebec, and they land just south at Aus aux Foulon. The troops walk upland all night using a goat path. Woflie is trying to tempt Montcalm into fighting a European style battle, but Wolfie had put him and his soldiers in a very bad spot strategically. He is surrounded with the forest on one side, the cliffs on the other, and a army not too far on the west and east side. Montcalm decides to fight an European style battle, without calling on help from the 5000 men at Beauport that were an hour away, thinking it might be a diversion to attack Beauport. The British make a double line facing the fort, usually it is a triple line but Wolfie wants to scare the make the French think they are out numbered. As Montcalm is setting up the natives in the forest harass Wolfies troops with sniper fire. The British are told to load two musket balls into their guns, making it effectively double fire power. The French have never fought a European style battle before and are confused on how to, they are uncoordinated. They flee back towards fort Quebec but the British are too fast and get there before the French do. The British have taken Fort Quebec.

We have lost the Fort, flee!
