The world moving had the consqeuence that the provinzes had to be ordered new. Mountainaria, owxnitopia, pigostopien, irenum, alpinenia and sirengrad got moved to new places and got different sizes. The provinze of utopia fell so wasnt taken with into the new world. The province of Inostropia city became much smaller and also got moved to a different place. And not only that, it wasnt even a province anymore. The provinces got more freedom after the world moving and could at this point even create private armies and had the rights to make wars against eachother inside of the nation. So Inostropia city became a neutral district a bit now north east of the Inostropian Kingdom because the city got moved there and also turned by 90 degress
