Initially available to ChatGPT Pro subscribers, GPT-4.5 offers improved pattern recognition, enhanced creativity, and more natural user interactions. The model also demonstrates a reduced hallucination rate, decreasing from 61.8% in previous versions to 37.1%. Despite these advancements, OpenAI acknowledges that GPT-4.5 is not a frontier AI model and may not outperform specialized versions like o1 or o3-mini.
