Oblivion was distracted from this by an object of their own creation. When they snuffed out the first creation, a new awareness was created. As nothing had existed before, and now something which had existed had ended, Death now existed. Oblivion loved and hated Death. Their presence was predicated on things existing but also promised that all things would end. Oblivion felt for the first time a need, a powerful desire to return all things to the way things were. To return all things to Oblivion.

Within that second explosion of creation, the six ingots acted as anchor points for the fundamental aspects of reality. Imbued with these aspects, the creation took on a life of its own, propelling forward as it aged, spawned life, became more and more complex. As it did, it began to crack and splinter, breaking into new versions of itself, connected to the original like branches from a trunk. Thus, from the Universe was the Multiverse born, self-perpetuating and filled with infinite potential.
