The most important aspect of the 1+2 treaty comes into effect. The holy mountainarian empire and the kingdom of sirengrad offically became a part of inostropia at 1st february at midnight. At this point, these two states had both stopped to exist, mountainaria after 10 months and sirengrad after 1 and a half year. They both became provinces with its earlier monarchs as gouverneurs and the mountainarian exclave of westland became an own province called utopia, led by imbrassingot. This was a real turning point in inostropian history and at latest from this point on it was clear that the days of the inostropian federation are counted
