"The tape containing the above footage was found by Agent “Bolide” at a yard sale in Lincoln, NE as part of a routine yard sale check operation. The footage is of a home recording of Station 4 KLSE-TV (a National Broadcasting Network station local to Fargo, ND), who was broadcasting a rerun of Arthur during the time the footage was recorded. During informal questioning of the seller, they claimed the tapes being sold were blank and had not been used since their purchase. Nine (9) VHS and two (2) Betamax tapes were purchased from the yard sale, and of these, three (3) VHS tapes and one (1) Betamax tape were found to have content. The above footage came from one of the aforementioned VHS tapes."
