The United States Army decided to inspect the samples of monkey in order to try to figure out what the virus was. However, they could not find evidence in favor of it being Ebola or SHF. Although the samples had similarities to both such as the physical shape of a Filovirus and the behavior of SHF, no evidence was concrete enough.
