Berthe Reynolds during this time started her career in social work, she
eventually went back to Smith College to train as a psychiartic social worker.
Throughtout this time she started to develop a new approach to social work,
reynolds believed that individuals can benefit from approaches that are beyond
the individual like stuctural and institutional appracohes. Her ideas helped her
become a contributor of radical social work
