20 janv. 1812 - 1812 On 1812 the Missouri Territory is established when it split from the Louisiana Purchase along with Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma and parts of Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming. French also gave the territory to Spain under the secret Treaty of Fontainebleau.
