17 janv. 2540 - 200 years after an apocalypse that nearly wiped out the human race, society is rebuilding. A tribal society is thrumming to life and utilizes a tyranny style of government. This city is placed in the ruins of LA, and is referred to as New LA. Most people in this country do not like the leadership placed over them, however do not want to oppose it out of fear.
