2 janv. 1972 - Bay of Pigs Invasion The U.S. tries to overthrow Castro in an invasion with 1,500 men that were trained by the CIA. The troops landed in the Bay of Pigs, but they did not have enough power. The U.S. then sent troops from American for help, but Castro captured and killed many. To the world , the U.S. was seen as being damaged.
