The Proclamation of 1763 (7 oct 1763 año – 7 oct 1763 año)

Descripción:

This Proclamation was issued on October 7th, 1763. All land grants given to British subjects no longer had any value. The Proclamation said that only the British government could purchase land from the Indians. After the French and Indian War, the British disregarded the Native Americans, causing resentment and distrust. In order to prevent clashes, the British king created a border for the Native Americans that the colonists couldn't cross.
