Supremacy Clause (14 mayo 1787 año – 17 sept 1787 año)
Descripción:
This was written into the constitution during the convention to help avoid the issues that arose from having no such clause in the Articles of Confederation. This clause basically says that the federal government is to be the most powerful level of government and any other level has to answer to it and the laws it passes. This gives a ton of power over to the national government in order to make sure they can actually enforce its laws.
