The troops of the North Caucasus Military District and the OGPU completed a punitive operation in Chechnya (December 8-28, 1929), during which 450 people were arrested, up to 60 bandits were killed and wounded, weapons were taken: modern-290, Shamilevsky-862, and hunting - 484 units, cold - 1674 units. The loss of Soviet troops 43 people. Of them killed and died from wounds - 21 people. (RGVA. F.25896. Op.9. D.366. L.283, 283ob).
