I want a caregiver to come in my moms home that will be reliable, on time, friendly, trustworthy, and competent, and I want to be sure they are tracked with their hours and managed properly by the agency, and for ANY reason if something happens, there is insurance to cover it, and as a bonus, it would be great to have a good rapport with the agency and have a direct contact (case manager), to talk to about my moms care if any changes need to be made.
