Germany was transformed into a fascist totalitarian state which controlled nearly all aspects of life. Nazi Germany ceased to exist after the Allied Forces defeated Germany in May 1945, ending World War II in Europe. Hitler changed the whole government of Germany making it a fascist totalitarian state that controlled all the details of life. His rule stayed till 1945 where he ruled for about twelve years making Germany a ruthless government with him being a radical leader.
