Archduke Francis Ferdinand was in Bosnia and he was the heir of the throne in Austria. His first assassination attempt happened during his parade, a Serbian nationalist threw a bomb towards the archduke's car. The scared Archduke ordered his driver to drive to another area. He was around another Serbian nationalist and died to the hands of him with his wife. This marked the first World War where Serbia fought against Austria with both sides allies entering the war.
