In London 1888, he was known for killing at least five females, mutilating the bodies in way were it way deemed he had knowledge of human anatomy.Even though he was named Jack the Ripper, the murderer remains one of England’s largest mysteries as he was never truly identified or caught.All of the killings took place within a mile of each other as well as several others inveighed as the work of “Leather Apron”, another nickname.He sent letters to police, taunting them with activities and of murders to come.Despite all of the investigations of this murder case, with the murders being so much more gruesome then a simple prostitution mugging that were typically not spoken about not even a motive was linked or found. Even when the murders suddenly stopped, answers still were demanded with such a lack of evidence and information led the this case spawning books, tv series, and historical tours as the legacy of this horrible event lives on.
