Descripción:

The opium war was where British brought Opium from India creating mass addiction by the Chinese citizens. They did this because they were limited to only one part of China. This made them recognize that the idea of isolationism was hard to do. This led to a British victory, therefore making an everlasting impact in Chinese history.
