The 1930’s was significant in regards to the changes in dress. This time period marked the beginning of the depression, so many lower class had begun to wear cheaper and less quality clothing. However, there still were wealthy people during this time period that often wore Tweed Suits and titled hats. Women also went back to wearing longer skirts during the depression.
