Started as a succesfull commander of the troops of Sulla and with these defeated Marius in Italy, sicily and Africa, he then suppressed the rebellion in Spain. By 67 he was send by the senate to command Roman forces in the east, with this gaining wealth for the Roman treasury.Añadido al timeline:
