Ming Dynasty (23 ene 1368 año – 25 abr 1644 año)
Descripción:
The Ming Dynasty, founded by Emperor Hongwu after the collapse of Mongol rule in China, reestablished Chinese centralized rule. Hongwu ruled directly, due to his mistrust of ministers stemming from an event where one of his ministers was plotting against him. This caused the dynasty to become tightly centralized, with all work not done by the Emperor himself, being done by Mandarins and Eunuchs. The Ming Dynasty was characterized by both economic recovery and the revival of Chinese culture and the erasure of Mongol culture. This culminated in the compilation of Chinese culture known as the Yongle Encyclopedia. (3.2)
