The colonies were furious with Great Britain, they needed a way to discuss what to do about Great Britain. Each colony, except Georgia, sent two delegates to a meeting. After weeks of differing opinions and arguments, they decided that they would meet up again if Great Britain did not stop what it was doing to the colonies.
