The Umayyad dynasty rose when Muhammad died and their Caliphs took over his role. They expanded until they were stopped in Spain, and ruled over and taxed non-arabs and muslims. The decline and fall was caused by the caliphs growing addiction to luxury, which led to soldiers not getting paid and the Abbbasids taking over.Añadido al timeline:
