#3: Mr. Abbot tried to find Mr. Cole. Mr and Mrs. Abbot were in Nita, when Mr. Abbot saw Mr. Cole driving the other way. Mr. Abbot tried to make a U-turn but was tied up in the heavy traffic. Mr. Abbot drove away.
#4: Mr. Abbot saw Mr. Cole's car in Nita City. Mr. Abbot jumped out of pickup + ordered Mrs. Abbot to go park it. Then Mr. Abbot waited where he could see Mr. Cole's car, but Mr. Cole's wife was driving car that day, so when Mr. Abbot realized it, he got back in car and drove off. Mr. Abbot told Mrs. Abbot that he intended to kill D.
