After Antonin Novotny succeeded power to Alexander Dubcek change was beginning to occour. Alexander Dubcek was a man that wanted "democratic communism" where he wanted to give the normal man more rights. This upon a lot of other circumstances prompted the U.S.S.R to invade Czechoslovak to restore communism.
