King George lll was a king from October 25, 1760 to January 1, 1801. Even though KIng George lll had a British victory in the French and Indian War or he had a 59 year reign people from the colonies still didn't like him as their king. Colonists didn't like King George lll much because he was the reason for taxations, the Boston Massacre, and the Boston Tea Party.
