The French and Indian War was a war between France and Britain in dispute over territory. Both Britain and France wanted control of North America. Even though both countries were alliances with the Native Americans, Britain won the war with the help of the colonists. But at the end, Britain was in a lot of debt causing for Britain to tax colonists in order to raise money to pay off the debt.Añadido al timeline:
