on august second of 2005 president George w. Bush signed the agreement. but during 2007 costa rica didn't agree on it yet because of different believes but during that same year the citizens voted to agree on the agreement and it was signed by costa rica in 2007 (2 agos 2005 año – 1 mayo 2007 año)
