Columbus lands in the New World (2 h 51 m, 10 oct 1492 año – 22 h 39 m, 21 oct 1492 año)
Descripción:
Christopher Columbus unknowingly lands in the what would later be called the West Indies (Now the modern day the Carribean) paving the way for Spains Conquerisation and exploitation of its newly formed western Empire. Along the way, Bartolomés Father and three uncles accompanied Columbus on his second voyage, but no information survives about their activity in the Indies. We do know, however, that Columbus gave a young Native slave to Pedro de las Casas, who in turn gave the native boy to his son as a companion. Bartolomé returned him to the authorities so that he could be repatriated to the Indies.
