The Dreamcast was developed and released in between 1998 and 1999. Sega was the first generation 6th console on the market before the Playstation 2, Xbox, and the Nintendo Cube. However, this will be the last console that Sega will ever make before exiting the home console business. The Sega Dreamcast had a Hitachi SH-4 CPU and an NEC PowerVR2 GPU.
