Massachusetts Bay Colony was established in 1630 in the present day east coast. Governor John Winthrop and Governor Tomas Dudley with a group of 1000 Puritan refugees. They were from England. The colony was founded because the Puritans wanted religious freedom. The colony ended up successful. (7 ene 1630 año – 3 dic 1630 año)
