During the 1920s John Logie Baird invented the TV, the first image transmitted was a dollar sign as his boss asked 'When will we start to see money on this?".

This changed the TV industry as it changed how people see the news, people no longer need to go out and buy a newspaper to see the news, which was the main source of it at the time prior to TV. TV in the current day has became such a staple, most people have them.

TV also impacted families in a similar way to radio, they do not talk or spend as much time together anymore, disconnecting them.
