战国时期楚怀王熊槐的原配王后，熊槐继位楚王之后。遂封正室南氏为王后，史称南后。生卒年不详。
据《战国策·楚策三·张仪之楚贫》言张仪之楚时：“南后、郑袖贵于楚”。由此可见南后与郑袖并非同一人。
