The Salt march (13 mar 1930 año – 6 abr 1930 año)

Descripción:

One of the first issues to protest was the salt law of that gave the government monopoly over manufacture of salt and the high salt tax imposed on it. Gandhi along with 78 followers marched from Sabarmati ashram in Gujarat, to Dandi a small village of it's coast. Upon reaching, Gandhi broke the salt law by grabbing a handful of salt.
