The Boxer Rebellion - a secret Chinese group from Northern China called the Yihetuan (Righteous and Harmonious Fists) aimed to drive all foreigners out of China. They were defeated by the Eight-Nation Alliance of Germany, Austria-Hungary, Russia, Britain, Japan, the US, Italy and France (18 oct 1899 año – 7 sept 1901 año)
