Henry Moseley (Modern Periodic Table) (1 ene 1913 año – 1 ene 1913 año)
Descripción:
Moseley determined that the atomic number, rather than atomic weight, was the proper basis for the organization of the periodic table, leading to the modern definition of the periodic law.
Example: Moseley’s finding corrected the placement of elements like iodine (I) and tellurium (Te). Although iodine has a lower atomic weight than tellurium, Moseley showed that iodine should be placed after tellurium based on its atomic number.
