She founded and named Brythas Dynas (literally 'Shining Citadel'), the capital of Iorádh, and claimed Cenária by divine right as the territory of House Saphrix alone, making it the crownland of the Iorináreth.

A skilled administrator, she created the bureaucracy and state apparatus of the Iorináreth, organizing the Thirteen Nations nations under the rule of the Emerald Throne, defining the external and internal borders of the Iorináreth.
