Halãceisa Tulokírĩsa was the mother of Hiera III. After the death of her first husband, Hiera II, she became the regent of her 8 year old child. She married Hiera II's brother, Xerin, as a way to help better solidify her role as a regent and part of the royal family due to her coming from a different culture and nation.

Despite her reasonings for marrying Xerin, he had seduced her in order for him to be able to easily kill her for her regency. One night, he stabbed her 34 times and stabbed himself 5 times and hit himself with other items to try to make it look like an assassination attempt. Everyone believed it and then he was chosen as the regent of Hiera III.
