It was unofficially declared by Jake after the death of one of his citizens. This later led to all out war with Jakestown invading Connorsville. After the occupation of many SteeSt natives, Jakestown is earnestly trying to promote truthful news in light of the SteeSt progranda. After the Siege of Connorsville the two factions have fell into a stalemate or "cold war".
