The Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill, and Harry S. Truman were all involved in the Potsdam Conference. This Conference was very important to the Cold War period because they discussed the ending of World War 2. Their conclusion was to keep Germany from having any kind of military at all.
