Brown v Board (9 dic 1952 año – 17 mayo 1954 año)

Descripción:

This supreme court case declared it unconstitutional for state laws to establish separate public schools for black and white students. This ruling overturned the Plessy v. Ferguson decision of 1896, however no where in the decision did it state how to end segregation in schools.
