VP of marketing Jim Ward would restructure the company in these 4 years due to fears that over dependance on the Star Wars IP would bring the company to ruin, cancelling a massive amount of Star Wars games and greenlighting many non Star Wars games such as Fracture.

Personal Note: isn't it kind of dumb to be worried about a Lucas branded company to be dependent on Lucas' biggest IP.
