Descripción:

Made by Kiegon, it was made to wage war against the Visco Empire in the east.
It was the first fully organised nation. Sadly, when the Visco Empire fell, Kiegon lost control and retired. Jake was the General but he didn't have the respect of the soldiers and it fell. Kiegon made a last ditch attempt to start the paper army again but it failed because the Communist Gang had already seized power.

At it's peak it reached almost 40 people and became the first/only true nation.
