The Dwarves begin to make the city of Stenhwald where they invite their Gnomish allies to assist in the mighty task of carving a city inside the Rock-Teeth Mountains, Deciding to be ruled by a small council of nobles who have a mighty King as the head of the council from the most prominent family of the time.
