Thomas Jefferson was chosen as the third president of the United States of America and is the main writer of the declaration of independence. As a young boy, Thomas Jefferson had inherited parts of the plantation that was inherited by his father, allowing him to support his education and hire private tutors. Thomas Jefferson had invented the Jefferson Cipher and the Swivel Chair, whilst also working as a Lawyer, in which he used the ideas from previous enlightenment thinkers to support slaves and help them get out of control.
