Descripción:
Cesare lived in a wealthy family and studied law. Many people considered him a legal philosopher, economist, and politician. He focused on the rights of the accused, now known as criminal justice. He introduces some rights for criminals like removing the death penalty and being innocent until proven guilty. He also wrote the book Crimes and Punishments which included his thoughts on punishments for criminals.
