Baron de Montesquieu (18 ene 1689 año – 10 feb 1755 año)
Descripción:
Baron de Montesquieu was a French writer. He wrote "Persian Letters" (1722) which pointed out all the problems in French society and how they were struggling to adapt to the modernizing ideas. A 2nd book (which was published after his death) known as "The Spirit of Laws" talks about how there should be a separation of power to prevent the king from having absolute power. This idea that Montesquieu had breaks what the king does into 3 parts: legislative, judicial, and executive, all which eventually led to democracy.
